Nutrislice - Cafeteria Menus and Information

This year we have a new online program for the cafeteria! Nutrislice has online breakfast and lunch menus, information on common food allergens for each item, and a carbohydrate counter for people with diabetes. Check out the new website! The link will remain on the homepage, just click on the picture of the fork and knife, or on "Cafeteria Menus".

About the job:

This position will be working in the Austin Area School District kitchen/cafeteria working 3 hours a day. Duties may include cooking, food preparation, portioning, and sanitation in conjunction with USDA and state guidelines. All team members are responsible for HAACP and health department regulation compliance as well as assisting to monitor costs and inventory controls.

2 Hour Delay - Date Change

The 2 hour delay that was originally scheduled for May 23rd has been moved to May 9th. This is the last scheduled 2 hour delay of the year.

Preschool Registration

Austin Area School District’s Preschool Registration for the 2018-19 School Year is scheduled for Monday, March 12, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  If you have a child that is or will be 4 years of age by September 1, 2018, qualifying your child for the Austin Area School’s Preschool Program, please contact the school at 647-8603 to schedule an appointment.
